Replacement Chamber Promise
We know consistency is important to your recovery. If your chamber requires replacement parts that are not immediately available, Sorted will provide you with a complimentary replacement chamber while yours is being repaired.
Once the required parts have arrived and your chamber has been repaired and tested, we’ll return your chamber and collect the temporary replacement.
Our goal is to minimise downtime so you can continue your wellness routine without interruption.
Refunds & Returns
At Sorted, we believe purchasing a mild hyperbaric chamber is an important investment. That’s why we offer a Rent Before You Buy programme, allowing you to experience mHBOT in your own home or business before committing to a purchase.
Because customers have the opportunity to rent a chamber first, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been confirmed.
If you choose to purchase your own Sorted mHBOT Chamber after renting, eligible rental payments can be credited towards the purchase price of your new chamber, making it an easy transition from renting to owning.
To ensure your chamber is built and configured to suit your chosen model, pressure rating, and installation environment, please notify us at least 4 weeks before you intend to purchase. During your rental period, you’ll use our standard Sorted Hybrid mHBOT Chamber.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law. If your chamber arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact our team immediately. Your purchase is covered by our 12-month local warranty, and we’ll work quickly to repair, replace, or resolve the issue.

That is why we offer a convenient home rental program. We deliver directly to your door and provide full training to ensure you are comfortable using the equipment.
One of our team members will stay with you during your guided first session and practise getting in and out of the chamber safely.
Other family members can also benefit from having the chamber at home. Rentals are available for 4, 6, or 8-week periods. When your rental is complete, we handle collection for you.

Because each chamber is made to order, built to your chosen type, pressure, colour, and logo where required, we ask for 21 days advance notice so we can manufacture the right unit for your needs.
Once your chamber is ready, we collect the rental unit and deliver and set up your new chamber at your door.
