Yes! We are unique because we also run a professional Recovery Centre. You can book a session at our clinic to experience the power of our panels first-hand. We also offer Home Rentals if you want to test a panel in your daily routine for 2–4 weeks before committing. You also have the choice of purchasing the panel after your rental term, and we simple deduct your rental fee from the price of the panel. This is known as our rent-to-buy scheme.
Yes, we ship our Red Light panels nationwide across Vietnam and all over the world. For business customers in HCMC, we provide personal delivery, setup installation and tranining. For other provinces, we use trusted courier partners to ensure your panel arrives safely. If you live outside of HCMC and require installation and training, there will be some additional costs to cover travel expenses.
We don’t just hand you a box and walk away. Every purchase comes with a usage guide, and because we are clinical practitioners, you can message our team for advice on the best distance and time settings for your specific goals (skin, recovery, or sleep).
Yes, it is non-invasive and chemical-free. Our panels are low-EMF and flicker-free to ensure safety. However, if you have specific medical conditions (light sensitivity), we recommend checking with your doctor or chatting with us first. If you are pregnant, then red light therapy is not advised. The general consensus is that it is safe however there aren’t any clinical trials completed on pregnant women for ethical reasons.
There is a huge difference in power and safety. Many cheap online panels have weak light output (irradiance) which means they won’t reach deep enough into your tissue to have a therapeutic effect. Our panels are CE, RoHS, ISO13485, and FDA approved. They are verified for high power, zero flicker, and low EMF radiation – the exact same ones we use in our recovery centre. You can buy from Shopee or Lazada, but like most things in lfe, you get what you pay for.
Our smallest HG30 comes with a table top stand. The rest of the lights with come with a flood stand that holds it vertically upright and for the larger panels we offer specialized manual and electric stands which allow you to position the light horizontally over a bed or sofa for full-body relaxation. You can select your preferred stand option on the product page.
It is not just about time; it is about dosage. Think of light like a supplement—your body needs a specific amount to get the benefit. If you stand closer to the panel, your body absorbs the light faster, so you need less time. If you stand further away, you will need a longer session to get the same dose. Don’t worry about the math- when you buy or rent from us, we provide a specific guide for your model to ensure you get the perfect dose every time.
For the best results, you should expose as much skin as possible. Clothing blocks the light waves significantly. In fact, a recent study showed that dark clothing blocks over 90% of the light absorption, and even white clothing blocks the majority of the energy. To get the full benefit, bare skin is essential.
Eyes: The light is very bright! While Red Light is generally considered safe for the eyes, we include protective eyewear with every panel. We recommend wearing the goggles for your first few sessions until your eyes adjust to the brightness, especially if you have any light sensitivity.
