Sorted Therapies provides wellness and recovery services. We are not a medical provider, and our sessions are not a treatment for any condition. Some people should not use certain modalities, or should speak to their doctor first. Please read the points below before booking or renting, and tell our team about any health condition before your first session.

Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

Please speak to us and, where relevant, your doctor before booking if any of the following apply:

• Ear or sinus pressure problems, a recent cold, or difficulty equalising pressure
• Claustrophobia or discomfort in enclosed spaces
• Certain lung conditions, or a recent chest or ear surgery
• Pregnancy
• An active infection or fever
• Certain implanted devices or medical implants

All HBOT sessions in our centre are supervised. You are never left unattended in the chamber.

Red Light Therapy

Red light is suitable for most people. Take care, and check with us or your doctor, if any of the following apply:

• You take medication that increases light sensitivity, such as certain antibiotics or retinoids
• You have an active cancer or are under oncology care
• You have a thyroid condition (avoid direct exposure to the neck)
• Always protect your eyes. Do not stare directly into the panel, and use goggles where provided

PMST and PEMF (Magnetic Field Sessions)

These sessions use pulsed magnetic fields. Do not book, and speak to your doctor, if any of the following apply:

• You have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device (this is an absolute contraindication)
• You are pregnant
• You have epilepsy or a seizure disorder
• You have an active bleed or an acute injury with bleeding

Welcome to sortedtherapies.com (the "Website"), operated by Sorted Solutions Co., Ltd ("Sorted", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this Website, purchasing products, renting equipment, or booking services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Wellness Services Disclaimer

Sorted provides wellness and recovery services only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services and products are not intended to replace professional medical care. Results may vary between individuals, and no outcomes are guaranteed.

3. Personal Responsibility

All products and services are used at your own risk. For in-centre sessions, clients receive an initial consultation and supervision during sessions, and must follow all instructions provided by our staff. Sorted reserves the right to refuse service at any time, including in cases of intoxication or unsafe behaviour.

4. Commercial Use

Businesses purchasing devices from Sorted receive training and documentation. After training, the purchasing business assumes full responsibility for its own customers. Sorted holds no liability for third-party clients of any business using Sorted equipment.

5. Rental Equipment

Rental equipment remains the property of Sorted at all times. Customers may not resell rented equipment, relocate it without permission, modify or tamper with it, or use home rental equipment for commercial purposes. Violation may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sorted's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer. Sorted is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of income, or consequential damages.

7. Payment & Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders, require ID verification for high-value purchases, and refuse transactions that are not fully cleared. Chargeback fraud may result in permanent account restriction.

8. International Orders

All payments are processed in Vietnam and governed by Vietnamese law. International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes in their own country. Exchange rates apply on the day of the transaction.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

How We Operate

Sorted Therapies runs strictly by appointment. We are not a walk-in facility. Our team, equipment, and space are prepared specifically for each booking. When you reserve a session, that slot is yours and ours alone for the duration of your appointment. These terms exist to protect the time of every client, and to make sure each session you book is the session you receive.

Making a Booking

Sessions can be booked through our online booking system, by message, or in person at the centre. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us by email or messaging app. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed. Even if the centre appears open, our team may be on a scheduled break between appointments, and equipment may not be prepared for immediate use.

Payment

Payment is taken on arrival at the centre. We do not take payment in advance. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking. Pricing for each service is listed on our website and is the same rate for all clients.

Arriving On Time

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. This lets us complete any intake, brief you on the equipment, and start your session on time so you receive the full duration you have booked. If your session includes a guided protocol (HBOT, PMST, or combined recovery), arriving late reduces the total time available. Sessions cannot run past their scheduled end time, as the next client's slot begins immediately after.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate you within your original booking window. If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your scheduled start time, and we have been unable to reach you during that window, your session will be forfeited and the slot released. This applies regardless of whether the centre has other bookings that day. This rule exists to respect the schedule of clients booked later in the day, and to protect our team's time.

No Bookings That Day

Because we open by appointment only, our team is not on site outside of confirmed bookings. If you are late and we have no other appointments that day, we will still try to accommodate you, but in most cases the session will need to be cancelled and rebooked. We will always let you know as quickly as possible which applies.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly through your original booking channel as early as possible. Changes made through messaging apps are accepted, but only once we have replied to confirm. Giving us as much notice as possible allows us to offer the slot to another client, and we appreciate every advance notice, even if it is only a few hours.

Repeated No-Shows

We trust our clients, and the vast majority of bookings run smoothly. However, repeated no-shows use time and resources that other clients could have used. After two no-shows within a three-month period, future bookings may be declined, or we may ask for a deposit to secure the slot going forward. We will always discuss this with you directly before it applies.

By booking a session with Sorted Therapies, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Shipping (Vietnam)

• Ho Chi Minh City: 1 to 2 days
• Central Vietnam: 3 to 5 days
• Northern Vietnam: 5 to 7 days

Our equipment is imported to demand rather than held in large stock. Made-to-order chambers and panels carry a typical lead time of around 28 days before dispatch. We confirm the expected timeline with you at the time of order.

Returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or functional failure. Devices must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.

HBOT Chambers

HBOT chambers carry a 1-year warranty with Sorted, and a further warranty with the manufacturer up to 2 years in total.

Year 1 (with Sorted)

If anything goes wrong in the first year, we provide a replacement so you can keep using your chamber while the faulty part is being replaced.

Years 1 to 2 (with the manufacturer)

After the first year, warranty claims are handled with the manufacturer. We will provide a replacement where parts are available, and we will manage the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

The same exclusions listed for red light panels apply, including damage from misuse, drops, water, power surges, unauthorised repairs, and modification or tampering.

Warranty Process

Email photos or video to hello@sortedtherapies.com. If your claim is approved, Sorted will arrange a replacement and covers nationwide shipping for warranty replacements.

This agreement covers red light panels and HBOT chambers rented for personal use at home. Rental equipment remains the property of Sorted Therapies at all times.

Where We Rent

Home rentals are available within 10km of our centre at 90A Tan Son Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City. Sorted covers delivery to you. Customers cover the cost of return delivery.

Deposits

Red light panels

The rental fee is paid upfront, together with a refundable security deposit equal to two months of rental. The deposit is returned at the end of the rental if the equipment is returned undamaged. Red light rental pricing is confirmed on enquiry.

HBOT chambers

HBOT rentals carry a refundable deposit of USD 1,000. If something breaks due to the client's fault, we use the deposit to replace the broken part. We provide an invoice for the full cost of the replacement part. If the part costs less than USD 1,000, we refund the difference. If it costs more than USD 1,000, the balance is payable by the client. If the equipment is returned undamaged, the full deposit is refunded. HBOT home rental fees include delivery, setup, training, protocol guidance, support and collection.

Your Responsibilities

As the renter, you are fully responsible for the equipment while it is with you, including:

• Theft
• Fire damage
• Electrical surges
• Improper use
• Relocation of equipment
• Damage caused by children or pets

Equipment must remain at the original delivery address.

Prohibited Use

Home rental equipment may not be sub-leased, used commercially, modified, or repaired by unauthorised persons.

Non-Return

Failure to return equipment results in full deposit forfeiture, and authorities may be notified.

This agreement covers equipment rented by a business (for example a spa, gym, hotel or wellness centre) to offer recovery services to its own customers. Terms are confirmed in writing for each engagement. Rental equipment remains the property of Sorted Therapies at all times.

Commercial Use

Unlike home rentals, business rentals may be used commercially within the renting business's own premises. The business receives training and documentation from Sorted, and after training assumes full responsibility for its own customers. Sorted holds no liability for the third-party clients of any business using Sorted equipment.

Deposits

HBOT chamber rentals carry a refundable deposit of USD 1,000, applied on the same basis as home rentals: the deposit covers the cost of any part broken through the business's fault, with a full invoice provided, the difference refunded if the part costs less, and the balance payable if it costs more. Red light panel rentals carry a refundable security deposit equal to two months of rental. Commercial deposit and pricing terms may be adjusted by written agreement for larger or longer engagements.

Responsibilities & Restrictions

• Equipment remains at the agreed premises and may not be relocated without permission
• Equipment may not be resold, sub-leased, modified, or repaired by unauthorised persons
• The business is responsible for safe use, correct electrical setup, and staff training compliance
• The business insures against and remains responsible for theft, fire, surge, and misuse while equipment is in its care

Delivery, installation, setup and training are handled by the Sorted team. See the Service & Delivery policy for how delivery and travel are covered inside and outside Ho Chi Minh City.

Our goal is to get your equipment in place and make sure you know exactly how to use it. To keep everything transparent, our delivery and training terms are set out below.

Delivery & Shipping

• Free delivery across Vietnam for red light panels and HBOT chambers
• Within Ho Chi Minh City, delivery, installation, setup and in-person training are free

Outside Ho Chi Minh City

Inside Ho Chi Minh City, install, delivery and setup are free. If your location is outside the city and requires us to travel or take time away from the centre, the additional costs of that trip are billed. These may include flights, travel time, local transport, food, and accommodation where an overnight stay is needed.

Multi-Panel Installations

For orders of more than one panel, please allow around 1.5 hours of setup and training time per panel. Travel costs remain the same regardless of quantity. For larger installations, a same-day return may not be possible, and we will discuss the timeline with you during booking.

Online Training

If you would rather avoid travel costs, we offer full online training by Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. It runs around 30 minutes, covers how the therapy works, protocol optimisation for your equipment, and a full question and answer session. Online training is included free with your purchase.

Sorted Therapies offers wellness technology and business consulting. This summary sets out how our consulting engagements work. A full agreement is signed before any engagement begins.

What We Offer

Home Recovery Room Setup

Help for individuals designing a personal recovery space: equipment selection, room layout, placement, basic usage protocols, sourcing and installation coordination for red light, HBOT and PEMF equipment.

Business Revenue Consulting

Help for spas, gyms and wellness centres adding recovery technology: space optimisation, equipment selection, service menu design, pricing strategy, operational protocols, revenue projections and integration planning.

Fees & Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, fees follow a standard schedule: 50% deposit on signing to secure the start date, and 50% on delivery of the final work. Additional work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately and billed at 500,000 VND per hour, in minimum increments of 30 minutes, and always with prior notice.

Revisions

The fee includes one round of revisions to the deliverables. Revision requests should be sent in writing to hello@sortedtherapies.com within 7 days of receiving the work, and are returned within 5 business days. Further revisions are billed as additional work.

Intellectual Property

Sorted retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, templates and systems. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for their own internal business purposes, and may not resell, sub-license, or use them to provide competing services. Custom deliverables created for the engagement belong to the client in their applied form, but the underlying frameworks remain Sorted's.

Confidentiality

Both parties keep each other's sensitive business information confidential for two years after the engagement ends. Sorted may list the client as a reference or use case unless the client asks otherwise in writing.

Liability

Each party's maximum liability is limited to the total consulting fees paid. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or revenue. Sorted is not liable for business decisions or outcomes from the client's implementation of recommendations. Services are provided on an as-is basis.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with 7 days written notice. On termination, payment is due for all work completed up to that date on a pro-rata basis. Prepaid fees are credited against completed work, with any balance refunded within 14 days.

Governing Law

Consulting engagements are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with disputes heard by the courts of Ho Chi Minh City.

Sorted collects personal data including your name, email, phone, address, wellness intake forms, and cookies.

How we use your data

Data may be shared with payment processors and couriers so we can fulfil your order.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of it, deletion of it, or to opt out of marketing at any time.
