Rental Deposit
A refundable security deposit equal to two months of rental is required prior to delivery.

3. Personal Responsibility
All products and services are used at your own risk.
For in-clinic sessions, clients receive an initial consultation and supervision during sessions. Clients must follow all instructions provided by our staff.
Sorted reserves the right to refuse service at any time, including in cases of intoxication or unsafe behavior.
4. Commercial Use
Businesses purchasing devices from Sorted receive training and documentation. After training, the purchasing business assumes full responsibility for its own customers.
Sorted holds no liability for third-party clients of any business using Sorted equipment.
5. Rental Equipment
Rental equipment remains the property of Sorted at all times.
Customers may not:

6. Limitation of Liability
Sorted’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer.

7. Payment & Fraud Protection

8. International Orders
All payments are processed in Vietnam and governed by Vietnamese law.

At Sorted Therapies, our goal is to get high-performance red light therapy into your space and ensure you know exactly how to use it to get results. To maintain 100% transparency, our delivery and training terms are outlined below.

If your location is outside the 10km HCMC radius (requiring more than a 1-hour drive or a flight), we are happy to come to you. However, as a lean operation, we must cover the cost of time and travel.
The “Ballpark” Figure: For most locations in Vietnam outside of HCMC, you should budget approximately 10 million VND for on-site services.
Transparency Note: We do not view travel as a profit center. If actual expenses (flight/taxi) are lower than the estimate, you only pay the lower amount. If we can fly in and out on the same day to save you money, we will.

5. Why We Charge for Travel
Our time is dedicated to ensuring every Sorted client gets the most out of their investment. While we enjoy visiting your facilities, these fees simply cover the operational costs and the time taken away from the HCMC clinic. Our main priority is getting these panels to you so you can start seeing the benefits of the therapy immediately.

Sorted Therapies runs strictly by appointment. We are not a walk-in facility – our team, equipment, and space are prepared specifically for each booking. When you reserve a session, that slot is yours and ours alone for the duration of your appointment.
These terms exist to protect the time of every client, and to make sure each session you book is the session you receive.
Sessions can be booked through our online booking system, by message, or in person at the centre. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us (email or messaging app).
Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed. Even if the centre appears open, our team may be on a scheduled break between appointments, and equipment may not be prepared for immediate use.
Payment is taken on arrival at the centre – we do not take payment in advance. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking.
Pricing for each service is listed on our website and is the same rate for all clients.
We ask that all clients arrive 5–10 minutes before their scheduled start time. This allows us to complete any intake, brief you on the equipment, and start your session on time so you receive the full duration you’ve booked.
If your session includes a guided protocol (HBOT, PEMF, or combined recovery), arriving late reduces the total time available – sessions cannot run past their scheduled end time, as the next client’s slot begins immediately after.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate you within your original booking window.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your scheduled start time, and we have been unable to reach you during that window, your session will be forfeited and the slot released.
This applies regardless of whether the centre has other bookings that day. We ask for your understanding – this rule exists to respect the schedule of clients booked later in the day, and to protect our team’s time.
Because we open by appointment only, our team is not on site outside of confirmed bookings. If you are late and we have no other appointments that day, we will still try to accommodate you – but in most cases the session will need to be cancelled and rebooked for another time.
We will always let you know as quickly as possible which applies.
We understand that plans change. To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us directly through your original booking channel as early as possible. Changes made through messaging apps are accepted, but only once we have replied to confirm.
Giving us as much notice as possible allows us to offer the slot to another client – we appreciate every advance notice, even if it’s only a few hours.
We trust our clients, and the vast majority of bookings run smoothly. However, repeated no-shows use time and resources that other clients could have used.
After two no-shows within a three-month period, future bookings may be declined, or we may ask for a deposit to secure the slot going forward. We will always discuss this with you directly before it applies.
By booking a session with Sorted Therapies, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
